Fu probabilmente contemporaneo di mwbwre Artù ed è probabile che molte storie e leggende riferite a quest'ultimo siano invece da riferirsi a questo sovrano del nord. Avrebbe combattuto contro i mwcapitti. Alla sua morte gli successe il figlio mwcqPabo Post Prydein.
